Most of our volunteers are students and working professionals, so due to their busy schedule we keep our team activity only on Sundays. Rest of the days we meet through online meeting platforms and decide our plan, schedule and process of our next activity or projects.
सफाई अभियान
In the cleaning drive any place is selected whether it is a water body or a plain land which is polluted by people. After that we plan the drive through online meeting with our volunteers and on the next Sunday (as decided) we carry forward our project.
वृक्षारोपण
Our plantation projects are based on a phased process, first of all we select the location for plantation as per the availability of required resources and protection of the plants. After that we start the plantation drive at our selected location. After that the main role starts in which we monitor the growth of the planted plants so as to provide them with the required fertilizers and other necessary needs . Because tree plantation does not mean just planting the saplings but also taking care of them till they grow up.
NOTE
The details of the team and plans are shared in our separate volunteer WhatsApp groups. Any volunteer (be it new or old) can submit their idea for our project, which can later be finalized after a team meeting. Every volunteer in the group holds the same position and we all work as a team.
